Kent Home Services is a Certified Installer for the X-Shine Concrete Polishing System.  The System uses a unique combination of diamond tooling, X-Hard Plus Densifier, and X-Guard.

Our concrete polishing process is fast!  You’ll be surprised how quickly your space will be transformed.  

• INSPECTION – our experienced concrete polishing estimator will assess the condition of your concrete and consult with you on the finish you want for your space.
• FILL JOINTS – to create a finished look, our certified installers place a colored polyurea filler in the saw cut concrete control joints.  The filler is flexible and moves with your concrete as it expands and contracts over time.
• PREP FLOOR – you may have heard the slogan “90% of success is in the prep.”  It’s true!  Our certified installers eliminate any flaws in your concrete then mechanically diamond grind and polish it to your desired finish.
• ADD PROTECTION – we add a densifier and final top coat to seal the concrete and give it superior resistance to water, oil, dust, and abrasion.
